Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as cookies. 

No RETURNS/ REFUNDS will be accepted.  If there is a problem with your order you can contact us at thebigboybakeryy@gmail.com. If there is a fault with your order, please email thebigboybakeryy@gmail.com, alternatively contact us on INSTAGRAM @thebigboybakery. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Cookies standards

When ordering cookies, we cannot guarantee an exact replica of any images provided on our website. We try our best to ensure all cookies look similar however, as they are handmade each one will vary in size, shape, weight and decoration. Please make sure that any information you would like to provided in inputted for us in the special request box. 

Allergens

We do not cater to any allergies.  Please DO NOT order if you have any allergies. We use and work in a kitchen handling nuts, peanuts, gluten, soya, dairy, eggs and any other allergens.
